My name is Mathilde, but this maybe you know it already.
I am 26 (if I updated right this announcement). I was actually happy about any of my ages. I don't mind becoming older. Each years I am doing great things. Every days actually ! So that doesn't matter, I don't have any regrets per say.
I am going to the laboratory to work with ants for living, my job is very interesting but I am actually looking forward to finish my thesis for starting to work a part-time job in the environment (maybe decycling methods for the plastic or other trash that are way overwhelming us) and the rest of the time, I would write stories, books, things...!
I am very creative but basically what makes me happy is to see other people happy ^^
No hard to be contented when someone just needs a shower and it appears that I have one (I even have soap, shampoo and towel eh eh).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This in an excellent question. First, I didn't know about this website. And twice, by chance and hazard, some people kind of knocked on my door and needed a place to stay for one night (no, not literally at the door, but via Facebook groups or a friend of a friend travelling Europe...). Anyway, each time I was so happy to give them a place to stay, to make them comfortable and to cook them butter pasta (I'm not a cooker but pastas are always welcome when we travel I guess ^^).
The last one who traveled in Regensburg and slept in my living room, was telling me many great stories and asked me why I wasn't welcoming people more often. I said that I didn't want to do Airbnb cause I don't want to involve money, that it is a pleasure to welcome people and to listen great adventures without moving myself.
That is when he told me about couchsurfing.
Now, here I register. I have no idea how this would work, but if the timing fits (if I am at home) and for one to few nights you need a bed, a shower, using the washing machine and eat some pasta, you are welcome.
Anyday of the week or weekend.
You just have to be ok with the Dog, and also a little bunny ^^

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to listen to any kind of music, sometimes in the mood for classic and sometimes reggaeton, it doesn't matter, as long as there is noise, there is life and that is what I like to hear.
For the movies and series, I really love to let my mind get captured by stories. I also read quite a lot!
But never horrors stuff, I guess that I am too much into the story, so I don't truly like to be chased by a demon or stuff like that... *fear shaking*

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Italy to pick up a rescue dog and it appears to be the smartest dog on earth =P
Oh, but one other, because I couldn't talk about my dog only, that would be too much dog-freak; I also jumped from a plane in a parachute (yes, i payed for that, and no, I didn't just escape from a kidnapping with this awesome and badass way...). But still, it was FANTASTIC !

Teach, Learn, Share

This box is a mystery to me... I can teach, well, nothing and everything, it depends on what you know and what you want to know. I am willing to learn about anything you want to give me. And I can share my whole life with all the little drama or just a silent smoking tea, if it's what you need during this journey of yours.
