Hi! I’m Matías, born and raised in Argentina. I’m really eager to grow from experiences, meet new people and have fun in the way.

If I had to pick three things I’m passionate about I would say: football, food and good movies. I love to spend time outdoors, either playing some sport, hiking or just hanging out :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m coming home from a work-away year in Australia in September. But before I head home I’ll be traveling Europe for a month.

I think Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to not only travel more by saving on accommodation. But also taking full advantage of every trip by sharing with locals.

I like almost all kind of music, I usually hear to Rock. My favorite movie is “Shawshank Redemption” and my favorite book is “The Day Nietzsche Wept”.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This summer I received a message from my best friend: “Want to go to Patagonia tomorrow?”. I obviously said yes and next morning we started the journey to my favorite place on earth (so far).

I think everybody has something to teach, something that he or she does different than you. So everyone you will ever meet will know something you don’t know. I think that is a good philosophy.
