Overview
About Me
Hi, my name is Matias. I´m an architect focused on social projects and urbanism. I'm travelling with my friend Sasha around the balkans for the first time. We both together perform community-based projects mixing urban design, street art and activism.
I'm a super friendly and enthusiastic person, who strongly believe that traveling is the most nutritive educational system. I'm tolerant, dreamer and I love to have deep conversations.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is probably the most amazing travellers community, I usually organize and participate in CS events, where I've met super cool and interesting people, What I love about CS is the sense of community and cultural exchange, far from any capital transaction, here you can find true people that wants to know about different life philosophies and cultures.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have had amazing CS experiences, not only hosting and visiting people in Japan, New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, also participating in very fun Couchsurfing activities in my city, Buenos Aires.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Created and managed a cultural center in a house that was about to be demolished (fb: /experienciamuta )
Muta was an ephemeral cultural house demolished on july 18, 2018. For 18 months we planned and hosted more than 45 events, including mural festivals, music shows, art fairs, design workshops, photography and writing events, film debates, drawing and social activism gatherings, neighborhood community meals, and the culminating event: our demolition festival, attended by more than 500 people in a fully intervened house.
Teach, Learn, Share
Always up for sharing red wine, cook amazing food and talk about life and travels. I can definitely teach you how to design a house in 3 minutes and understand a city just walking around.
