Hello surfers!

My name is Matilda and I live in the south of Sweden. Most of the time on a small island where I study art and spend my time working on projects, building forts, solving mysteries, reading poetry and drawing my friends in tiny notebooks. I enjoy living and creating together with my friends and all the people here- dancing, partying, cooking and spending time together, discussing art and everything else there is. It's a great place but I long to see more of the world. My dream destinations at the moment are probably Norway, Iceland and Japan. I guess I just want to experience mountains and volcanoes and breathtaking views. And also meet people! I think it's important to remind yourself that you are a fellow human- part of something bigger!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Great way to support travelers on a budget like myself. Giving and sharing! I'm pretty new to CS but the concept speaks to me. It seems like a mostly welcoming and pleasant community also!!

A few movies and series i like: THE X-FILES(best show ever).Labyrinth is my fav movie....

My favourite musical artist is probably La Femme (I've traveled/run away just to see them twice, in Barcelona and Berlin- good adventures!!)

But I love music, I'd say my taste is pretty wide-spread, everything from electronic pop music to swedish hip hop etcccc..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got abducted by aliens as a child and since then I have had a weird lump in my finger.

I can teach you to speak some Swedish (perhaps not enough to read Edith Södergran-poems though..) and how to sing with your mouth shut. Alien stories? ;)
