I love travelling around the world, learning, unlearning on the way, living more local, the cuisine, culture, meeting amazing people, enjoying the beautiful world has to offer and it is endless.

I live in the present and like to meet people, socialise, share my life and travel experiences, cooking , learning new things and enjoying life to the fullest.

I am also involved in social development sector and contribute towards a sustainable society and planet.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As part of my sabbatical year, would like to genuinely connect with travellers, local folks to share travel diaries, cuisine and culture or just go for a run, strength train, swim, trek, meditation, vipassana, yoga, salsa, explore the a new place of interest, improvise on Spanish language.

I would love to stay on a farm, vineyard, outback, learn wine making, cheese making, baking. Once I am back in India, would love to host friends from over the world.

What better way than connecting with people through Couchsurfing.

I love all type of music.. music has no boundaries and brings people together irrespective of religion, countries, colour. I enjoy the old classics English, R & R, Latin, Bollywood (Hind), Rock. Any thing that gets my lips humming and feet tapping :)

Movies - I am a movie buff. Love to watch movies in the theatre. Some of my favourites other than the Bollywood (Hindi) are Life is Beautiful, The Godfather, Dirty Dancing, Argo, Titanic.

I have a few that tops my list * SkyDived at Empuriabrava, Spain * Scuba dived at Andaman * Off beat trekked the Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) in Norway * Aurora Borealis ( Northern Lights) in Tromso, Norway. Bungee jumped at AJ Hackett New Zealand* Learnt to fly an aircraft in Wanaka, New Zealand* Snorkelled with Sharks and Sea Lions in Galapagos*Enjoyed a rustic stay in Amazonas, Ecuador.*Trekked the Volcano Acatenango in Guatamela*
*Learnt to Surf in Nicaragua* Trekked the Rockies in Jasper & Banff*Everest Base Camp
