I am a Slovenian working in UK for 15 months now. As I work directly with clients at their home I also sleep there so usually I work up to 27 days a month. I don't have my own room and between assignments I book a hotel or hostel, occasionally Airbnb.

Right now I am in a peculiar situation and I have no upcoming assignments in April. My current assignment finishes on 29 March and then I have booked 1 night in hostel and 2 nights in hotel.

I have to stay in UK because I'm waiting for a call from my company regarding travelling to Manchester to meet the potential clients for whom I will work as a live - out support worker.

Meaning I will be moving there in a couple months time.

Until then, I need to find the most economical way for me to get by. I work for a minimum wage so it's a bit hard to spend all my money for accomodation in London. I am also prepared to pay a small amount but i'm not sure if this will make me more interesting :)

Either I spend my whole salary booking hostels and hotels for who knows how many days or I find a kind person who'd be happy to host me for a while.

I am not a typical backpacker but I have been travelling accross the UK for almost a year and a half with my 70L backpack. I am not sure if I qualify for an eligible couchsurfer :)

You as a host probably get loads of mails from people all over the world and I am not expecting any initial success, however I will try to find a person that kind of gets my situation.

My roomate in Slovenia (Ljubljana) had numerous couch surfers through years 2014 and 2015 so I am well aware of the system though I haven't share a room with no one myself (his room was so much larger than mine!)
