CURRENT MISSION

Right now my goal is to get enough money to be able to travel around the world with my motorcycle. On a more general note my goal in life is to be happy!

ABOUT ME

One legged biker (the other one is still in NZ), but that haven't stopped me from riding on in life.
I do believe that I am quite down to earth, and at the same time a bit adventurous. I like to think that I am kind and care about people. In general I try to be open minded and happy.

I don't like to get stuck in patterns, and getting on this site seems like a great way to get some new things happening from time to time. I hope that it also will make me meet great people.

I have been traveling quite much as a kid with my family, so I can't really sit still for too long. I haven't been traveling so much on my own thou, so that is something I am looking forward to.

PHILOSOPHY

I have a saying: "With a big smile you can handle almost anything!"
It worked after my accident in NZ, and it continues to work.

Interests

Motorcycles and traveling are my main interests, but apart from that I enjoy photography and music, I don't play much any more, but I still enjoy listening to it.
In general I can talk about almost anything, and I enjoy having both conversations and debates.
In the winter I like to go downhill skiing, and in general I like the outdoors.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to listen to old rock n roll, mostly 60's stuff, but more contemporary music works also as long as it is proper rock. The Beatles is whitout doubt the best band or artist in the world, no one else has done so many great songs.
I can watch almost any movie, but in general I like everything apart from horror movies and dramas with a few exceptions of course.
I don't read much books at all, it takes too long, and I don't like to stop in the middle of things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are many special moments in my life, getting my first motorcycle is one, it was a Yamaha PW80. An other amazing moment was when I traveled on my own for the first (and so far only) time, leaving my parents at the airport and feeling completely free and on my own.

Apart from that there is this little thing called love of course, but that's a topic for some other forum.

Teach, Learn, Share

The only practical skill that I know well enough to teach is how to ride motorcycles. Apart from that I tend to know allot of stuff about many different areas, and I tend to ask questions that makes people think before they answer, so I hope that it opens up a few new angles on whatever issues there might be.

There is allot I would like to learn, everything about photography, writing articles, to playing instruments better, to build stuff for the bike, and more... but all this is stuff that I could learn if I just put enough time into it, unfortunately I don't, because I am a bit to impatient... so I should probably learn to be more patient.
