Pretty much always trying to improve all parts of my existence, I got bitten with the travel bug a few years ago and became accustomed to living out a back pack and seeing anything and everything around the world.

Studying Architecture at BCU, obssesed with Jiu Jitsu and really into martial arts in general. Slowly learning to speak portuguese after living in Brazil for nearly a year. Unintentionally know a lot of Spanish because of this also (discovered whilst watching Narcos!)

I try to be as mindful as possible, its important to not only focus on what we think but also why we think it. I practice a few forms of meditation and like to work on my mobility and stretching to help my body recover from training.

Avid lover of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast! one of the most positive and informative avenues for acquiring all forms of knowledge!

It seems that when people travel, and live very simply, and experience different ways of living, it gives you a good frame of reference to view life and encounters with other people on similar journeys.

If your a decent person and you have good intentions then its good to band together and be part of a community of genuine people who will help out others where they can.
