About Me
Hi! My name is Matt. Welcome to my profile :) I grew up in Palo Alto, California right by Stanford University. I have always had a passion for music and the arts. I even ended up studying music performance (as well as economics) in college. I travelled a good amount with my family as a kid, mostly to Western Europe. Since being on my own, I've been motivated to explore and travel to other parts of the world. I believe every destination, every place, offers deep and valuable experiences, knowledge and perspective.
I am a passionate eater, and have cooked professionally. I get very excited about trying locals dishes when I travel, and I think it can bring about very special connections with people. In addition to try local foods, I am particularly interested in hearing traditional music/performances and art/craft as well.
I am excited to connect with all different kinds of people and share genuine experiences, stories and conversation as I travel around the world.
