About Me

I am an easy-going and open-minded person; I'm fairly easy to live with, and I've been raised to give the utmost of respect to those who deserve it. I'm self-aware enough that I can take a hint. So I won't be an obnoxious douche. Unless you're into that kind of thing. Then we can be assholes together :) I can be a super fun partner to have. My friends have my respect, my support, and me as an ally for life.

I'm in a period of my life where I am actively figuring my place in the world, physically and otherwise. A transition period between graduating from Temple University in Philadelphia, and, well, the rest of my life. Like so many in my generation, I am just trying to find out what that looks like. And I'm excited as fuck to see what it do.

I'm 24 years old.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am constantly amazed by the new people I meet and the new lifestyles I encounter. New people and experiences have been the inspiration for my entire life, so I'm thinking this may be a perfect resource to use.

More specifically, I'm taking a dope ass cross country trip.

Music, Movies, and Books

Lately, I've been into jam music and rap. I've been in love with every type of music at some point in my life, so I bet we'll have some ones in common. My life has been shaped by music. I was trained on classical and jazz guitar (I'm not as good now).

I read an insane number of books this past year...blanking on most of them. Currently in the middle of Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, The Tao of Wu (Taoist rhetoric from RZA of Wu-Tang Clan), this amazing nonfic about Edward Snowden, a Steve Jobs bio (I'm great at starting books but not at finishing)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've lived numerous places over the years. One of my favorites was traveling Europe with a home base in Barcelona. Actually no I'm gonna go with climbing the Grand Teton mountain in Wyoming near Yellowstone.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not sure what this section means. But I will say that if we end up meeting, there will be a BUNCH of teaching, learning, and sharing going on. Those are like my three favorite things to do.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'll be respectful of you and your space. I won't treat it like a hostel and act like you don't exist. Unless you want that. I will leave your space like I found it.

I will share as much knowledge and wisdom as I can. I'll give you all that I can offer spiritually, emotionally, etc. I like to believe I can make someone's bad times a little brighter.

Also, I can take you on a ride on my bike.
