I'm a 29 year old who has lived the American dream, graduating college and working a 9-5.
While I still can, I'm hitting pause on corporate life to travel around the world with my girlfriend, Naya.

Naya is more nomadic. She's lived in five cities (Paris, Boston, New York, London and DC) in the past ten years but has never taken advantage of her location to properly explore.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to have real experiences while traveling, moments that only happen when you meet people that live, work and play in the city you're visiting. I want to be more than just a tourist.

Music, Movies, and Books

I can get down with almost every kind of music. For books I prefer non-fiction historical focused but enjoy the classics too. I can't say no to movies, and I can't pick a favorite, only ones I really like...

Naya loves art in all its forms. She will talk for ages about literary fiction, impressionist painters or even action films. She is great tour guide and makes getting lost in a new place fun for me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've had my share of adventures -- college road trips, playing football on the beaches of Rio during the World Cup, meeting Naya's bowhunting father -- but I know the most amazing things are ahead of me this coming year.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd love to have a round at your favorite pub and learn what you love about your city. The history of every place we're in fascinates me, and I can't wait to discuss it with a local.
