ABOUT ME

I’m driven by a deep passion for travel. I caught the travel bug soon after graduating from university and starting my professional career in Mexico. I have studied, lived, and worked in corners of the US and the world, from Austin, TX; Cd. Juarez, Mexico; Tangier, Morocco; to Detroit, Michigan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In July 2012 I began a journey around the world to fulfill a long-held dream of mine. The plan for an around-the-world (ATW) trip was hatched in 2004 with a terrific friend in a trip to Cambodia. We envisaged that, someday, we would travel the world for an extended period of time, primarily consisting of a long overland journey in Africa. My friend's opportunity to travel became a fifteen month adventure in 2008 – 2009, but I could not break away from the real world until now. Teach, Learn, Share

The most useful lessons come from those who don't have much in material wealth, but have theirs in the most important of things, of faith in their fellow man. Essentially, those who can illustrate their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in the most basic ways.
