Curently working 9 - 5.30 in London and constantly wondering what my next adventure abroad will be. Oh the daily grind of work! Other than that, I'm always up for new and random adventures. I love to travel when I have the money, especially to crazy places!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Have hosted before. Good fun! At the moment I'm living with my friend and his girlfriend in their new house so I can't host. But once I get my own place, I should be back on the hosting scene!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first CS experience was with a friend who was a member of this site and we went to Amsterdam together. We stayed with a really cool guy who showed us around his city and made sure we had everything we wanted! I realised that couchsurfing is such a cool way to meet interesting people and so joined. My next experience was with Klaas in Hamburg. A top guy who showed me his City at night and all the cool bars! Another great experience. I hope to have many more! And then I hosted the wonderful Katy for 2 days of fun!

Interests

Travel, football, cycling, reading, wellness, poker, backgammon etc - the usual stuff you put on your C.V really! Oh yeah..table tennis too!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

More random than amazing (although I guess it was quite good fun/occassionally werid) was spending a day at a nudist camp in Georgia, USA with a friend! A very liberating experience and met some great characters!

The salt flats in Bolivia were also brilliant and I loved Isla Grande off the coast of Brazil - so peaceful!

Living in Berlin though during the world cup in 2006 was pretty amazing as well. In fact it was awesome. I love that city and its people!

I want to improve my German at the moment, but also learn as much from other languages and cultures as is possible!
