ABOUT ME

I've ran with the bulls in Spain, skydived and snowboard in avalanche country here in Alaska. I love interacting with people and being in situations in where I have no idea with what is going on.

I'm easy going and try to avoid stress. I like to travel and have been addicted to it ever since I first went to Germany after graduating highschool. Now it seems to be every couple years, I get an itch to just take off and go somewhere.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is short and can only end in 3 possible ways in my opinion; Game over, reset, or onto the next life. Two out of the three of those things dictate not being a dick to people. So don't be a dick to people, it's kind of important.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try and make my world famous Eggs Benedict for breakfast, every time I go surfing and somebody lets me crash on their couch. When I'm playing host on the other hand, it depends on how busy I am, but I try and make an effort to do something memorable. Go to the bars or hit up a site that isn't usually in a tourist guide book.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The first time using couch surfing was through a friend who had us lined up in places in Spain and Austria. I didn't create an account for the longest time, since I'd always had other ways of lining up places to crash. After hosting someone, due to a friends inability to have someone stay at their place, I thought I would finally bite the bullet and give back.

Interesses

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

I'm pretty easy going when it comes to movies, and don't have many favorites. I like anything except country music and my favorite book is 1984 by George Orwell, hands down.

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

The most amazing thing I have seen is humpback whales bubble netting herring in the wild. We were coming back with our quota of 2300 lbs of halibut to take back and sell in Whittier and they were off near Glacier Island, diving and blowing bubbles to confuse the fish. Probably one of the coolest things I've seen in my lifetime so far.
