ABOUT ME

My name's Matt, I'm a 21 year old taking a gap year having finished studying History at Oxford last June. I'm planning on heading into the film industry as what's known as a Predator - a big mash of writer, actor, producer, director, editor. So far it's been a fairly exciting and interesting experience so hopefully long may it continue...

I think I'm pretty friendly unless you're rude, arrogant or desperately trying to appear quirky. I really enjoy traveling, and have now visited every continent I think. I've loaded up a couple, but others include Russia, Finland, most of Europe, Texas, Australia and Malaysia. That list is going to look a whole lot bigger six months from now!

I want to help build projects, build networks and build friendships. As corny as that sounds.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First couch surfing experience was when I went to a school in China to teach English; it was in the Yangshuo province and was probably one of the best experiences of my life.

I'm really interested in physical activity; anything from white-water rafting to skydiving to rock-climbing to yoga (although I'm not great).

I like any type of music so long as I can nod my head to it.

I'm very particular about films I like; I could talk for years on cinema, and it's films that I'd like to be involved in at some point in the next 10 years.
