ABOUT ME

Matt and Yvonne met in Sydney while Matt was backpacking around Australia. After being together in Australia we have decided to go travelling together starting with Europe.
We've already began our European travels. We have been to England, Ireland and are currently based in Poland where Yvonne's heritage lies. We're soon starting a loop of Czech, Austria, Italy, followed by Greece then France and The Netherlands.
We are on a very tight budget as all travellers are. Unfortunately we aren't millionaires and would appreciate any willing couches along the way!!

PHILOSOPHY

We both agree that it's the people that make most of the trips memoriable.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Having only recently discovered CouchSurfing we don't really know what to expect. I'm hoping we can participate by meeting like minded people and sharing stories of our travelling experiences.
Hopefully we will make some good friends on our journey and be able to return the favour to them in the future.

Interests

Well obviously we love travelling-seeing new places, experiencing a variety of cultures and meeting new people. We like skiing/snowboarding, watersports, being out and about in the sun, the beach, socialising trying things we've never done before.

Matt enjoys more hardcore stuff while Yvonne is into her girly stuff

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving, Scuba diving the Great Barrier Reef, pouring a pint of Guinness at the Guinnes factory in Dublin and also saved numerous lives.

Teach, Learn, Share

We have many things to learn ourselves but also have much to teach. As listed above Matt is a Scuba Diving Instructor and Yvonne is a Paediatric Nurse, we also have two languages between us plus a lot of travelling experience
