ABOUT ME

I once fell off a waterfall on my third day of an adventure in Brazil, bounced off a rock and landed in between two girls sitting in a pool of water. I proceeded to make sure nothing was broken or bleeding, looked up and said "Sorry!" in Portuguese.

Did I mention I was pasty white, fresh out of San Francisco, and wearing Gringo-Yellow swim trunks while sliding down the waterfall? First thought in my head - "Thank goodness I bought traveler's insurance."

I've lived in a bunch of different places, traveled all over South America. I've been to the Caribbean and select spots in Europe, but of course wish to see more.

I'm a great host and am happy to try and make every day an adventure for anybody who wants the same.

PHILOSOPHY

Everything in life is the summation of an unthinkable amount of random chances, all coming together to create who, what, and where we are today. The fact that so many tiny little things were required for us to be exactly where we are makes the entire process beautiful and wondrous.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I spent 9 months backpacking through South America and met incredible people and had amazing experiences through CS. I'm happy to host more interesting people to keep the adventure going!

Intereses

I love food (I love to cook), music (I play guitar and sing), plants (turns out, I have a green thumb), the outdoors. More than anything, I like to fill my life with unique experiences. If I can do something enjoyable and know it will never happen again exactly the way it did, it's even more valuable to me. Who wants to be just like everybody else?! :D

Algo increíble que he hecho

I've walked on fire. I've sailed over sunken pirate ships. I've swam in the open seas next to barracudas. I drank moonshine whiskey next to a statue of the devil, 1000ft under ground, in the highest city in the world. I've made great friends and lived wonderful experiences. Ask me about them!
