I’m matteo, they call me cippy and I often engage in collective situations. Always have some weird music instrument with me and play it with strangers. Generally asking for directions as a way of making new friends.

I work as artist / designer / craftsman for academies and commons. My research is towards giving community tools in order to enable capabilities and create new imaginaries.

I had my best time studying in Bolzano (Italy) and Jerusalem, which became a very dear place to me. Then moved to Linz (Austria) and back to my hometown in Italy, where I started a nice project which connected a lot of people: @nientedafare_biella on insta and in the squares. I still have a room there, often empty :)

I’m now on a journey building structures, learning permaculture and visiting friends around europe.

I like to be with people and share, learn, stay present.

I see this platform as something I want to explore, as a space that allows meaningful connections between strangers. I consider hosting and being welcomed a political act of its own, a performance, an alternative way of traveling through hospitality and care.
