ABOUT ME

Hey all,
In Europe with an emphasis on Italy for a bit learning about the culture, and specifically the food. I'm a cook by trade and am hoping to get into some kitchens wherever I go. When I'm not there though, I would love to see the various cities and towns I see with the help of a local who can show my the more honest, everday side of their respective locales. Things that guidebooks cant show are the things I'm most interested in; cool restaurants, cafes, museums, etc.
