COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have hosted and couchsurfed. I've stayed with people in Rhode Island, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, Wyoming, Idaho and Colorado. All were excellent experiences.

I hiked to the bottom of the Grand Canyon with a friend. The trip was 17 days there and back and we stayed with 9 different wonderful hosts!
I also cycled from New York to Maine with the same friend.
