"Happiness is not at the end of the road but on the way" and "Carpe Diem" could be two good sentences to describe my way of thinking and living. Add a little bit of environmental considerations and outdoor sports and you'll have a pretty good idea about me.
I know share these ideas with my wife who is Korean.

It has been quite a while since I last travelled with or accomodate people through Couchsurfing mainly due to quite very busy jobs I had. I'm looking forward to getting back into it.

Music (I try to be a guitarist player ;o))
Solidarity (I have been involved in a humanitarian project and I am an active member of a charitable organisation in France).
Environment (everything that could help to keep the earth -almost- as it is but with helping the poor countries to develop: tough project!!!)

Music, Movies, and Books

I am really a cultural curious person: I like to discover a lot of different cultural expressions. Of course I have my favourite musics (blues, rock, text songs, classical music,...) or books (science fiction, detective novels, comic strips,...)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in Senegal as an coordianator of a humanitarian project, a woman gave birth just in the room where I was working. The nurseys came to me and gave me the 15min old male baby in the arms, telling me that as I was the only man in the nursery, they called him as me: Matthieu (in a muslim country!). I was the first person of the world he saw!!!
