Currently I'm a student studying and living at Northeastern University in Boston. There, I study Political Science and Physics but I grew up and spent most of my life on Long Island NY. however, I love to travel. There is just a certain feeling I get ,that many of you reading also probably feel, when you visit a new place for the first time.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm Couchsurfing to meet new people and experience deep immersion in the places i'm visiting. I could just stay in a hostel but It doesn't scratch that certain itch that meeting locals does. On the other hand I'm looking forward to hosting people in my apartment in Boston. While I'm no local Bostonian I am eager to help out and get to know anyone that is looking for a place to stay for a couple days.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm so glad that this section exists, or else I would have flooded my about me with all the music that I enjoy listening too. I spend most of my days listening to music.I like to think my Spotify library acts as my soundtrack for my life. My number one artist has to be Kanye West, you can say what you say about the man but the music that he makes is amazing. Along with Kanye I enjoy listening to Chance, Childish Gambino, and Young Thug. However I like to describe myself as flipped coin while I love my hip hop whenever I can get it, I do love my rock and classical rock. I'm in love with the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Incubus, and Highly Suspect followed with, the Eagles, the Steve Miller band, and Billy Joel.
My favorite movie of all time has to be Forest Gump. I feel like the life that Forest lives is something that I aspire to achieve, I want to experience as much as I can in the short amount of time I have.
I wouldn't call myself much of a reader but the latest books that I've enjoyed are Persepolis, chronicle of a death foretold and Macbeth. My favorite book series's from my child hood are the Percy Jackson series and the Pendragon series.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing thing I've done was give back to a community in Nicaragua with my church on a missions trip. I flew to Managua with a couple of my friends and my youth pastor to help out in a shelter for sexually and physically abused girls. Before this trip, the extent of my community service was as the soup kitchen or volunteering at my local hospital. In Managua I helped construct a new church for the girls and aided with the day to day activities around the shelter and in the local community. We paved a dirt road that was destroyed after a rainstorm and made necessary repairers around the facilities. This was the most amazing thing I've done because I was able to give back to people that needed it but also receive an immense amount of internal gratification.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would love to share with hosts my stories that I have. I've traveled around the world extensively and would live to share my experiences with people who love to travel as much as I do. I also think I can bring a good time, I would like to describe myself as personable and easy going. I'm also extremely low maintenance, I'll virtually take care of myself and treat you and your home with the utmost of respect.
