Overview
About Me
Just a guy who's on a journey of self improvement. I'm always educating myself on something new everyday. Simply put, I'm just trying to go to bed a little bit wiser every day. I'm a flute player. I just enjoy playing my instrument, I can go for hours and hours and not even notice the lapse in time. I'm also a cyber security specialist. That just means if you need a guy to protect you from hackers I'm your man. There's a lot more to me but this is about as much as I'm willing to put into this tiny little box. Hopefully you'll find out more if I ever end up crashing on your couch!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet new people. This site provides me with an excellent opportunity to do so in a unique way.
Interests
Flute playing, tai chi, drinking tea, anime, korean dramas, sketching, writing (mostly anime reviews and fiction), reading (mostly self help books lately but if you give me a game of thrones novel I simply can't turn it away), a little bit of guitar, traveling and probably a gang of other stuff that escapes me at the moment.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Love jazz and classical on an equal scale, not completely adverse to underground hip hop, can be a metal head if you crank up metallica or slipknot, and K pop.
Books: Too many to list but let's just say most of the books that I read tend to improve my life in some way.
Movies: Not much of a movie guy. I really like the taken series with Liam Neeson. I'm a fanboy of Studio Ghibli productions.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Went to Shanghai, China and played at a Jazz club in the french quarter. I found it to be amazing because I had promised myself that I would go to that same exact club while I was still in America. I was like "young man, while you're in China you're going to play at that club!" And I did EVEN THOUGH I'm a jazz player and it was reggae night. Still had a lot of fun and the experience was totally worth it.
Teach, Learn, Share
Willing to teach how I perceive life. I see myself on an upward path in life and I want to share the little bit I know to others. One of the main reasons I'm interested in this site is to mostly learn from others. Something tells me I'm going to meet some pretty interesting people.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Interesting stories, my music, a night of laughter, my meager cooking skills, and my insight into life.
