Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've only ever heard good things about this site from everyone I've met whilst travelling.
I'm looking for couches to crash on, new people to meet and show me around their cities, and when I'm finally settled would love to pass it on and share my couch with others.
(Unfortunately, I don't have a home let alone a couch at the moment! Haha)
