About Me
Don't take myself or life too seriously... I have many funny, embarrassing travel stories to share and have loved every minute of my time in Canada, meeting lots of fun, new people from around the world and seeing some incredible things that have exceeded all expectations. I arrived in Canada last winter to work a season at Lake Louise ski resort, followed by a 2 month road trip up and down Western Canada before working as a Soccer coach in Victoria for the summer.
I'm a very sporty person and absolutely love football ( ‘soccer’) kayaking, rafting, hiking & throwing myself into lakes (no matter how cold). I'm always keen to keep active and I'm open to trying new things for the adrenaline rush.
I've worked in many different industries from manual labour to finance with people from all walks of life which has equipped me with lots of transferable skills and an increased awareness that there is still so much to learn.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Recommended by a friend who said it's a great way to meet some cool people with a shared passion for travelling and sharing stories.
I am still fairly new to Vancouver so it would be great to hang out with a local and explores some new places.
