About Me
ABOUT ME
I'm an easy going guy who is interested in things of great value, e.g., new experiences, friends, great food and living life to its fullest. In the words of the great philosopher Auntie Mame, "Life is a banquet and most poor suckers are starving to death."
My mission in life is to help build community through facilitated rhythmic events and drum circles and also Somatic Sound Baths. When in Dallas, evenings are spent teaching piano to children and to adults. I also take every opportunity to move to music, drum and listen to the pure tones of Tibetan singing bowls.
One of my greatest joys in life comes from connecting to new people and offering open hearted affection. I am also a yoga teacher and life coach. So I love seeing the potential in others and helping them create the dreams they have.
I dabble in many things, including yoga, cycling, rock climbing, running, swimming, triathlons, downhill skiing, sculling, hiking, meditation, reading and music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Adopted two greyhounds from the tracks. Biscuit, who passed in 2013, and Clover, who is a bit of a special needs girl. She is loving and sweet, but can be a bit shy.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach anything about music, piano in particular. I will also gladly share stories or cook a meal.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can teach some music. I could jam with you on the piano or hand drum. Although I cannot vouch for the high quality of any of it, I'm open to sharing. Or if you want to be physically engaged, I can offer you a private yoga session or sound healing experience in which I sing to you.
