ABOUT ME

I work at an online marketing company in Central, Hong Kong.

I'm honest, and if you ask a question, you'll get a pretty direct (yet possibly wordy) answer. I try to treat strangers and the elderly with respect. I'm sarcastic and I like when people give me a hard time - if it's clever and not mean.

Interests

I used to play poker professionally, so I spend a lot of time playing cards (not just poker) with my colleagues and friends. I like to make lots of friendly bets.

I also used to be a lifeguard so I like sun and beach, and working out.

Probably my biggest love is politics, I volunteered for the Ron Paul 2012 campaign this year, and while I probably won't bring it up, if it comes up in conversation, be prepared :) But I like chatting about that stuff in general, and like to hear what others think.

Atlas Shrugged

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The Peace Museum in Hiroshima. Can't really describe the experience. It was awful, and awesome at the same time. It made my anti-war sentiment even stronger.

The mountains in Switzerland. I used to live in Colorado, so I'm pretty spoiled with scenery, but Switzerland blows it away. Snow-capped mountains with green grass all around, and little mountain towns where you can sit and eat cheese and drink beer.

My 92 year-old grandmother broke her neck about 3 years ago. C-2 vertebrae. She should have been killed instantly, but somehow she not only wasn't paralyzed, she made a full recovery and still lives on her own. After that it's hard not to believe in miracles. She's an amazing lady to say the least.
