About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel the U.S. and promote my music

ABOUT ME

I am a chef by profession though I've been known to cowboy as well. I'm also a singer/songwriter. I recently quit my career of 8 years and left a 35k sous chef position to be poor, homeless and pursue my passion in life. Traveling and making music.
Being a chef forced me to work 6-7 days a week, mandatory nights and weekends. 40 to 80 hours a week. I'm fed up with not being able to live my life and being cooped up in hot kitchens slaving away for someone else's dreams. I'm taking the initiative and stepping out the door to chase my own dreams.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life to live it however I want. I never wanted the American dream. I never cared to have a great career and a nice house and nice car with a pretty wife and a bunch of kids. I'm much happier being broke and homeless and traveling. I'm not much of a material person. I'm an adventurer.

Music, Movies, and Books

I hate to read cuz it generally bores me. I'm an audio and visual person. That being said, I love most movies and music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recovering lost cattle in the mountains with just my horse and cowdog.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a skilled chef and musician and will gladly teach what I know. I also went to college as a mechanic. I didn't finish but that doesn't mean I don't know how to turn a wrench. I'm extremely valuable to rubber tramps. My cowboying background has also taught me heavy equipment operation, plumbing and light construction. If any of that helps anyone out, let me know.
