4 Equally Amazing Things That I've Done

1) Managed to complete half of the hike across the Transalp E5 route (from Germany to Italy through Austria) with the heaviest backpack and as the only non-German/Italian speaking person (among hundreds of people) along that route.

2) Buying a bicycle in Germany and completed all three Benelux countries just on my bicycle (by crossing their borders in 9 days with a total of 450 km cycling). I'd completed it without setting foot in those countries before prior to this trip which made it even more special!

3) Completed a trek in the Himalayas with an extremely overweight backpack and my laptop (for work) in over 1 week.

4) I had tea with Jim Rogers, the legendary investor who co-founded the Quantum Fund with George Soros. He is also a world traveller who received 2 Guinness Book of World Records for his travelling accomplishments. I was really impressed by his knowledge, humbleness, down to earth, and casual attitude towards life!

I would like to learn about the culture of a place when I am at a new location. I am interested in how every society and culture differs. My goal is to find out the best idea which I could obtain from a culture and try to incorporate those aspects of it into my lifestyle. (e.g. The interior design from Denmark is something that I would like to incorporate when designing my house in the future)

Hopefully, if I manage to see many countries/cultures, I would have accumulate so much valuable life experience by taking the best of the different things that each have to offer! Maybe someday I could even write about these observations for the masses!
