From April 2016 till August 2016 I plan to travel the Silk Road. Starting in Xi'an (China) I will make my way back to Europe through Central Asia, Iran and Turkey.

I hope to meet interesting people along the way to share experiences and learn about each others cultures.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I like meeting new people and discovering new places. Couchsurfing allows me to go of the beaten track and really adds so much to my travel experiences.

When I get back to Belgium and have settled a bit I will start hosting. Now I am just a homeless wanderer.

I am a teacher so I naturally enjoy teaching. Especially history. So if that is a subject you like to discuss just tell me and I won't stop rambling for hours! 😄

I like learning new languages, currently I want to work on Russian and Farsi, and I am more than happy to help others learning a language that I know.

I know a bit about film & photography so I would be glad to teach you about that too.
