I'm a German who studies English and American culture in Austria. Right now, I'm on my year abroad in New Orleans. While I'm in the United States, I try to travel as much as I can with my very limited budget. I have visited most countries in Europe, but I couldn't afford much more yet.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm completely new here and want to gather some experience. I can't host in NOLA, I might be able to host back home though. My university is in Innsbruck, which is a great city for skiing.

Interests

Hiking, skiing, travelling, foreign politics, movies and tv series. Seeing different cultures and learning languages interests me so much that I made it my major.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't think of anything in particular, but I'm working on stuff. In March, I'll take part in the Model United Nations at New York for my college.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a rather calm guy, but if I'm not busy driving through the States and exploring, I like to enjoy a beer in the evening. I'm German after all. Also, even though I'm a foreigner, my English is alright.
