ABOUT ME

Hey, im Matthias or Mat (thats way easier for most of the ppl because the hole name is hard to recall)

If im not travelling im a student for tourim managment in germany. For me it was the perfect choice because i want to work in other countries.

While travelling i try to go on long trips to have enough time in these countries and also i have the opportunity to stay longer in a place i like.

I do like parties but i also love to hang out on beaches or somewhere else. Im actually interessted in many topics about the countries i travel in. (early history, wildlife, economies and such)

i guess thats my personal philosophy. I live my life to see and meet people, places and cultures of our awesome world. Of course in the future i want to have a family and provide them as good as my parents did.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Im looking forward to host people in my city, show them around and share stories. While traveling a barely use couchsurfing because im a very spontaneous person. (which makes it hard to plan ahead with couchoffers)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did a shark dive in Fiji, a skydive in czech republic, also a bungeejump in austria, a long walk on fraser island (australia), spearfishing in Fiji. Saw the huge ricefields in the philippines, Angkor Wat in cambodia, climped the mt. bromo in indonesia, got a free icecream on the buddha festival in sir lanka and my first tattoo in fiji. I also worked in many firms in germany and australia. (bananafarms, rockmelonfarms, working with pigs and other animals)
