ABOUT ME

Hey there!
My name's Matthias! It is very likely that I'll move to Berlin this autumn because of my application to universities there.
I would describe myself as an open-minded character.
I really like cultures, languages and of course the different types of food :P
In my free-time I spend a lot of time with my friends. I am also active in politics and volunteering and I really like to chat with other people so I get to know their worldview :)

PHILOSOPHY

We should realise and make use of the possibilities we get by chance. Without doubt it is important to know who you are - nevertheless we shouldn't focus too much on what we could be but what we can do.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've got to know a family who is living in a township close to Port Elizabeth in South Africa.. they invited me into their shanty and told me about their average day.. for me as an European it was an once in a lifetime experience...!
