Hey everyone!

I'm a 25 y/o dude born and raised in Groningen, The Netherlands. Ever since my first trip without family back in 2014 I fell in love with traveling. I love visiting less traveled places such as Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uruguay or Colombia. I often try to avoid busy, overtouristic destinations (which doesn't always work out). While traveling, I love hiking, spending time in the forest, exploring the local cuisine or reading a book.

In March 2022 I started my first full time job as an Urban Planner for the government. This means I have little time to travel these days, which made me kind of sad. That's when I realized that instead of visiting new places myself, I can actually host people and still meet fellow travelers.

I'm a very emphatic, social and curious person. I would like to go for a drink with you (if my life allows it) or play a board game. Obviously if you feel like having some personal space and alone time, that's completely fine.

I have a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a spare mattress, that can be placed in the living room for some privacy. My apartment is located in the city centre of Groningen, about a 15 minute walk from the train station.
