HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Have been lucky enough to 'surf' a few times with great people and had some cool encounters while hosting at our flat.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Almost exclusively positive (yes, there was the odd 'what the hell did I get myself into' experience), always entertaining and enlightening. It really does open doors for getting to know foreign places from the inside. Somehow, I am yet to meet couchsurfers/ hosts that aren't in some way really cool people. That says a lot.

兴趣

I like being around people, but I definitely enjoy the company of a good book or film. A chance to travel is most welcome as it gives me a bit of perspective of things. I try to travel for work and for pleasure and both have their advantages.

Oh, and I like eating... often...
