Escape from cold winter, explore new places, meet cool people and learn from life
I am really enthusiastic person who tries to live with passion everyday like its the last one...
I start my day with as cold shower as possible. Even better than coffee!
Then I love to MOVE! Movement for me is a important part of my life, that brings me feeling of freedom and more control and awareness of myself.
I do lot of gymnastic, bodyweight and functional training.
I work as a Personal Trainer/Teacher and back home Im co-founder of a movement facility TRIBE.
When I am not training myself or others i like to do massages, professionaly or as a hobby:)
Big hobby of mine is BBOYIN aka breakdancing
My other big interests would be Nutrition, Human Physiology, Nature, basically everything connected with movement, Food, Meeting new people, Creating or listening to music, Videoshooting and editing:)
We can have everything in the world if we believe it.
We have to be clear about what we want, clarity means everything!
Life is just good when you have water, food, sleep:)
Today be better than yesterday. Just even a little bit.
Move cause you can!
