PHILOSOPHY

We are the astounding wonder and incredible intelligence of the entire universe expressing itself as life. Just as the apple tree apples, the earth has peopled. learning not to identify with the apple, rather the apple tree, is grooving with what really is. We are one universal occurrence! The self contained ego in a bag for flesh is an illusion. Sitting with the truth is the spiritual experience.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to host some people while i have the means, as soon I'm sure i'll need a helping hand. I want to vicariously taste the traveling life while I'm stockpiling my reserves.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have a ton of experience with couchsurfing.com, however, i have plenty experience couch surfing in general.

Interests

Jazz, poly-rhythms, folk. Philosophy, mysticism, fiction, photography, outdoors, animals, yoga, connecting the mind and body however possible.

Music- Modern Jazz (Glasper, rosenwinkel, aaron parks, mehldau, Frisell, Scofield, too many to list) Hard bop. Grateful dead. Kirtan. Indian classical. Roots blues. Shostakovitch. Phillip glass. Micheal Landau. On and on. I'm very open to music.

Books- Everything Alan Watts has written. Ervin Laszlo, Tom Robbins, Hesse, Vonnegut, cognitive science, yoga and eastern philosophy, quantum physics, the classics.

Not a huge film buff.
