Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've recently decided to join couch surfing to travel and meet new people. I love to see a place from a natives perspective and to learn first hand about it. I'm a social person and love to meet people from all around the globe. I look forward to hosting people from all walks of life and creating friendships. I live in a very beautiful part of the world and having people to host gives me the chance to see it again and again as if for the first time.

Interests

I love to dance. On nights out and in the studio. I love being outdoors. Climbing, walking and horse-riding in beautiful places. I love being adventurous. Music is a huge part of my life. I play the Bodhrán (an Irish Drum). I party hard. I appreciate relaxed environments playing cards, jamming and having a few drinks. Playing all kinds of games makes me very happy. I love having lively discussions with new people on the world and politics.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a dancer and a choreographer. I have my own segment on TG4 (the Irish language TV station) teaching dance so I could always show you a few moves. I've trained in many styles. I'm a native Irish speaker so if you enjoy languages I could teach you some Gaeilge.

I'd love to learn all sorts especially that which is connected with the culture of a place. Cooking, songs, dances etc. Customs and cultures of other countries are a big interest of mine and knowledge is no weight to carry.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My home. I'd be only delighted to be a host and give advice or accompany guests on the best sights and activities. I have a lot of knowledge on Ireland's culture.
