After many years of soul searching and running charity projects I reconnected to my sense of spirituality and life has been changing since.

After doing a fabulous 2 months of follow the heart unconnected travel, I've come back to the UK to sink my teeth into creative expression. Currently looking to spend some time in Bristol or London to taste the local creative scenes before finding work and settling down.

In a group setting I'm very low maintenance and happy to take care of myself, as much as I am be part of going ons. My preference is plant based, and I'm happy to take care of my own meals if this is a problem.

A little about what makes me happy:
- I adore sunshine and heat
- I´m spiritual in the way of Byron Katie, Martha Beck, Allan Watts, Eckart, Rumi etc. and I meditate or practice yoga daily. I can also lead meditation classes.
- Moving my body and being sensual is a must! Running, swimming, cycling, volleyball, or other sensual experiences.
- I love life, and like to gift that joy to other people. However, I am still discovering what this looks like. In the past I have made art, run charity projects and fixed things. Edit: I'm currently writing and would love a chance to do more singing, learn keyboard/DAW.
- I have a desire to learn sign language

Any kind of goofing around is welcome, but I have a particular soft spot for word play, Improv or talking openly about feelings, spirituality and the wonder of existence.

I like to live fairly clean (vegan, no drugs or alcohol, fresh air, long sleeps), but I do love to dance and my stamina is intense so I'm happy to join in the rave or talk love and soul until the wee hours. Preference is definitely bed early, up early - lots of time outdoors or in genuine connection x

Currently begining a new direction so would massively welcome any interaction from makers, writers, musicians, vegan cooking, spirituality, spoken word, anyone living their own authentic lives and making it work.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've hosted people in the past and massively enjoyed the process. Once I'm static again it's something I look forward to doing more of.

Since then I've started doing more travel and would like to use couch surfing to meet like minded people who might know the scene of an area. I've had the good fortune to randomly meet wonderful people travelling, now it would be exceptionally nice to meet individuals who are or have explored similar paths.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just finished a two month trip on a vespa from Scotland, through Ireland, Spain, Portugal to finish a stones throw from Africa.
