ABOUT ME

I'm a musician (guitarist and music teacher, mainly) who loves being in a new environment and getting different perspectives from new places. I love meeting people and having great experiences with them, and I do also enjoy some alone, meditative time every now and then.

For the time being, I'm mainly looking for a place to stay and people to meet in NYC in January 2015. I bought the plane tickets, and so far have pretty much no idea what I'll be doing there. All I know is I really want to see New York and the USA and travel and meet people!

A few of my favorite musicians are Stravinsky, Bartok, Haydn, John Coltrane, Mike Stern, Kurt Cobain, The Beatles, Tom Jobim, Edu Lobo, I could go on forever...

Some of the movies I like are Contact, many Woody Allen films, some Ang Lee films, Kubrick and many others.

Some of the latests books I've been reading are Dostoievsky's The Idiot, the Silmarilion and a brazilian writer named Reinaldo Moraes.
