I'm Max! I'm 30 years old from the USA and a follower of Jesus Christ. I love the Lord and love people. I have been living in central Portugal since the beginning of 2024 as a missionary in evangelism and church planting. I'm currently taking an online seminary course and I enjoy teaching the Bible. I love to travel and explore new places. I speak english, spanish, and a bit of portuguese. I really want to learn German! I enjoy spending time with friends, playing sports, and getting to know new cultures!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

God has been putting Germany on my heart, and in 2025 I would like to visit Hamburg for a period of time. I'm not certain how long it will be yet, if a short visit or more long-term. I'm looking for hosts who could accommodate a Christian missionary.
