I'm a 26 year old engineer from Sweden who likes meeting new people and visiting new places. Right now I'm on a six week long road-trip to visit all the famous ski-resorts in North America, to see as much as I can of this wonderful continent and also to make as many new friends as possible. Right now I'm two weeks into the trip and already met a lot of wonderful people.

I won't lie, I am new to couch surfing. But since I'm traveling alone it is the perfect way of exploring new places and meeting people at the same time. I have heard about a lot of stories with people on Couch Surfing meeting friends for life. I totally get that since I studied for a semester in Switzerland and made so many friends whilst getting a much bigger perspective on life.

I enjoy snowboarding and skiing a lot.
Also, I skateboard, tried surfing a couple of times and enjoy running.
Food also plays a big part in my life.
I'm also hugely interested in physics such as quantum mechanics and relativity. Not sure I understand a lot of it but still...

As far as movies goes I have seen them all, favorite genres are Sci-Fi and drama.
My taste in movies is pretty all over the place. Some of my top tens are: District 9, Moulan Rouge, The Fifth Element and recently Interstellar.

The most life changing experience I had so far was studying in Switzerland for 6 months as a part of my engineering studies. I grew immensely as a person during that semester and made so many life long friends all over the world. Once you start traveling you never stop.

I love discussing cultural differences and comparing pros and cons around the worlds different ways of living. I'm also deeply interested in space and would do anything to be able to explore it. Living in North America for a while has really given me the chance to see the world from another point of view and so far it has been really interesting.
