Overview
About Me
Hello! I'm a college professor at a small branch campus in Pennsylvania. I teach Spanish and World Literature and I love it. I've spent a lot of time in Spain, including almost two years in Madrid while writing my dissertation on Spanish poetry. I currently live in a small mountain/forest town in PA, which has been a nice change from Madrid, since I can do lots of hiking and outdoorsy stuff.
I try to meditate everyday--helps keep my heart and my mind open :) Along those lines I practice yoga. I also love music and play guitar, especially classical stuff, though I like a bit of everything.. I like to be creative when I can.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm just getting started here because I realized this could be an awesome way to travel and meet new people. I'll be traveling in Spain in July and thought I might try finding some hosts.
