I like to have an optimistic view in life and love to travel and discover everything that mother earth has to offer.

I am a nature lover and obviously like hiking (jungle treks in particular) and discovering new animal species. Every place on earth has something special, whether it is nature, culture, history or food.

I am definitely a foodie and always want to try all kinds of food that a country or region has to offer in its most authentic way.

I am a sporty guy and like to go to the gym, I play football, I play darts and watch most sports.

Staying at local people's homes is the best way to experience the authentic culture of a country/region and makes sure you meet new friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling the world, and in soing so:

Observing orangutans in their natural habitat in Ketambe, Sumatra.
Swimming close to dolphins in Mauritius
Observing the critically endangered Irrawaddy dolphin in Cambodia.
Seeing millions of bats fly out their cave in Thailand.

Sharing travel stories, experiences, culture and being good company. Always in for a laugh.

I did cooking classes in India and collected many Indian recipes during my 3 month trip. We can try to reproduce one of these amazing recipes.
