I'm curious, uncomplicated and tidy ;) even though I've got the impression that I am a long term student who has studied too much stuff for a too long time, still, I feel that there so much more to learn and even more to see and experience. right now, I am doing my phd in frankfurt and try to use my free time to discover the world..

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

my roommates are passionate couchsurfers. we hosted guests from around the world and had a lot of fun. now, I feel that it is my turn try out some couches :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

at around 1pm, on a tuesday, I had an idea to go to Israel, at 3pm I found a cheap flight for the next day, at 5pm I booked the flight without any plans for the trip or booking any hostels. next wednesday night (2am) I landed in tel aviv. at the airport, I shared with a random girl the taxi to the city. we ended up sleeping on the lobby couches of a 4 star hotel. being woken up by the hotel owner's wife, we were invited to have a free all-inclusive rooftop breakfast . in hindsight, when I woke up on tuesday morning, I would have never imagined that in 48 hours I would end up having an amazing breakfast with a great view at the capital city and its beach of a country I have never visited before.
