I recently graduated from university and started my first full time job in Vienna. My job requires lots of traveling. However, that doesn’t mean that I suffer travel fatigue already. I still use my free time and vacation to explore places I have not been yet and meet people I haven’t known before.

In the last couple of years i got around quite a bit. I studied in Austria, Singapore, Sweden and Brazil, additionally I worked in Germany, Iran. In between these stops I tried to squeeze in some quality travel time and hence I was lucky enough to travel in Europe, the Americas, Asia and the Middle East.

I’ve made friends here I’m still in contact with after >5 years. Surely, that’s rather the exception than the rule but I think it highly valuable.
Further, I often travel on my own yet I’m quite a social guy. So I love to use this app to meet up people and just hang out and do nothing but having a normal day in a foreign place.

People. Definitely. I want to learn how others think. I want to understand their point of views and thereby I want to enlarge my horizon.
And food. I love to cook and I even more love to eat. That meets perfectly with my interest in traveling. Where-else are you able to try all kinds of food except when you are traveling?

While in Brazil, I took Portuguese lessons and learned this amazing language a bit. By now, my Portuguese skills got a bit rusty. If anyone wants to practice his/her German/English and wouldn’t mind returning the favor with Brazilian Portuguese, shoot me a message!
