ABOUT ME

I like to strum, sing, and keep a beat, talking about everything with everyone. One part pychic explorer and one part brimming idealist. Despite the flowery description, I'm a down to earth decent fellow who believes that everything I give away comes back eventually. Maybe I dabble in metaphysics a bit too much, forgetting where I last left my sandles, but I like to keep my head on my shoulders. Bike around, play guitar, meet new people, read, learn, eat, sleep, rinse, repeat.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

After having a brief experience with couch surfing 3 years ago, I sort of fell off the page, not travelling a lot and spending time at home. But the itch is back and I'm ready to welcome the world onto my couch! I work-part time and am constantly on the search for new avenues of life. I love showing open-minded people around my home town of Ashland and I look forward to meeting people who can teach me about their cities and way of life. I am in a constant struggle to pay back all the kindness the worlds heaves upon me-and, it seems, the more I pay back, the more comes my way, so it doesn't look like my trials are ending any time soon. So help me give back by giving a little help to you!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have only accomplished couch surfing with the help of a veteran Marissa Hecker. She got me a place to stay all across America and truly every couch was a new adventure.

Otherwise, I've made a few friends on here, but have not been that active thus far. Hopefully that will change soon!

Not enough, but a lot. But I'm so bad at being put on the spot! I'm better in the flow than typing out these little paragraphs to who-knows-who. Let's see--I seen mountains and sunsets and bands and festivals and joy and fear and wealth and poverty. Love is all around.

Teach, Learn, Share

Been playing drums for 10 years now and Guitar for so, so I teach people about music if they're interested. I cook and bake and am an eagre interlocutor concerning the 'big questions.' Lets talk about our adventures (and misdventures), big and small. I like to listen.
