Overview
About Me
I’m a Russian student at the University of Messina in Italy who has made an attempt to regain his life back after running a rat race pursuing a career in finance and trying hard to meet everyone else’s highest expectations. I now travel to different countries and enjoy the simplest things that surround me. I’m passionate about meeting people from different cultures and getting to know what they like, how they live, what they value. When I’m not traveling or studying, I like reading non-fiction books, learning something new everyday, and doing some kind of a physical activity to break a sweat - gym, calisthenics (yet a beginner), sports like football and tennis.
Sometimes I lose myself in exploring new companies for potential investments (don’t read trading). In general, I just can’t sit tight, which fuels me to always invent some kind of activity for myself. However, I truly believe that freedom and the life full of joy can only be achieved through setting the right restrictions. As a person, I’m empathetic, open-minded, and one of the most optimistic people you’ll ever find in your life, that’s why you’ll almost always find me smiling.
P.S. I’ve joined the platform only recently, so you won’t be able to find too many references on me. However, in case you doubt that I’m a real person, you can always go to my Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/_maxxoni_/) or LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/mwlite/in/maxim-yatcheni-256545197) and send me some captcha or a brain teaser to solve.
