Born in Siberia. Moved to the Netherlands in 2008 for education. In 2009 started a company, and stayed - learning about sustainability, and building capacities to move the knowledge around the world. At the moment, I am working on a start-up that has to do with participatory engineering of sustainable urban environments, via digital tools and integrated approach.

I am easy-going and open-minded. In spare time I sing and jam, do live modelling, give massages and learning languages with ukulele.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel, and host travellers. There is nothing more epic than hanging our with locals, when travelling, so to dig the real life; not just a tourist impression on cultural stereotypes and architecture :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have co-created two epic projects: Metabolic - a start-up in the field of circular systems engineering and design; De Ceuvel - 5000 sq.m. of retrofitted brownfield, that has soil treatment system with plants, and is self-sufficient in energy, water, food; with some IT stuff, and blockchain technology implementation.
