Hi!
I'm 27, I grew up in France, studied for a few years at Uni in different fields (computer sciences, physics, chemistry, and mostly musicology), then worked for about two years in hotels and restaurants, as a waiter (and sometimes as a chef) too save money to travel!
It's been my dream for many years now, and I'm finally doing... it's been two years now!
I finally joined the big backpacker family, meeting new people and living new adventures everyday (well, most days).

I'm also a musician, I've been playing guitar since I'm a child, also bass guitar, drums, piano, and I sing.

I like sharing with other people, discovering new things, other cultures, other ways of living that the one I've been taught.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been staying in hostels at the beginning of my trip, best way to meet up other travelers and find out about places to visit all around the world, but I also want to discover the people who actually live in the places I visit, live with them, share and discover new point of views.
Also, hostels cost money, and I believe in a world with no more money, where people could just trade services by giving the best of what they are, not looking for any profit. For me it would be sharing my music, my traveling experiences, cooking...

Interests

I live for music, it's the air I breath every second of my life. I also love cooking, reading, writing, outdoors activities, photography, traveling of course, sport (table tennis, swimming, cycling...) ; I'm interested by pretty much everything new to me, always happy to learn new things.

My favourite writers would be Douglas Kennedy, Tolkien, Harlan Coben, and so many others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

in 2013 a traveled a long the "canal du midi" by bike (south of France), a 450km ride with a tent, camping in forests, fields, near rivers and lakes... That was an amazing experience, with an incredible sensation of freedom.

And I've been on tour a few times with a punk-rock band I used to play with as a bass player, all around France and Belgium, playing concerts in any kind of bars, driving hundreds of miles to play our music in a new place, to people we didn't know and who didn't know us, and starting over the next day...
